- Proficient in Google Suite
- Able to learn and become proficient in industry-specific CRM software
- Love interacting with others & enjoy driving their day-to-day activities
- Ability to multitask, self-manage, and embrace a quick learning curve

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicates with prospective clients
- Provides administrative support to the Owner and Installation Crew
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Client tracking and management
- Follow up on job quotes
- Marketing and social media management
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years of professional work history in a remote office environment, strongly preferred
- Proven office management / administrative experience, strongly preferred
- Relevant construction industry experience including working with a high-performing team is a plus

**LOCATION**

Remote/Virtual position

Pay: $3,520,000 - $3,900,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Account Manager: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)
