Serving over 1 million customers annually across Europe under the esteemed brand CELLONIC®, we established our office in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2022, to support our team in Berlin.

**What We Seek**:We're looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of category management, a readiness to learn, and the ability to support our Category Managers in Berlin.

As an Assistant Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Market and Competitive Analysis
- Ensuring Product Data Quality
- Analyzing Sales Data
- Reporting Inventory Observations
- Generating Improvement Ideas

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
**What We Expect**:

- Degree in Business, Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in category management, project management, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Advanced English (B2 level at a minimum); multilingualism is an asset.
