UX Writer

**What are we looking for?**

We are searching for a UX Writer fluent in English, to join our team. This person will guide customers through compelling copy and improve their understanding of our digital products, which could include microcopy, assistance content, tutorials, web-based information, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce, Manage, and inventory content for our digital products.
- Create effective, user-friendly, and engaging content for all types of user interfaces, both web, and app, employing the concepts of UX writing in microcopy, FAQs, banners, pop-ups, tooltips, and other announcements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and other professionals to create and enhance end-to-end products.
- Compose copy for each message tailored to the digital product's requirements.
- Collaborating with translation teams to ensure that translated content is accurate.
- Enhance UX writing through user testing and data validation.
- Incorporate the insights of our UX Research team into user experience content to validate language choices and ensure content resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to turn business goals into product experiences.
- Work closely and in a collaborative manner with the design team but also, independently and delivering initiatives in accordance with industry best practices.

**Requeriments**:

- Between 3 to 5 years of UX writing experience.
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher)
- Additional language skills are a huge plus
- Knowledge of information architecture, interactive design principles, and web usability.
- Experience with Figma, Miro or other similar tools.

- A background in social communication, literature, journalism, or related careers is desirable.
