**Job Title: UX Writer - Finance/Trading Experience**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and financial experts to understand user needs and project objectives in the trading and finance domain.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform content strategies.
- Develop user personas and user journeys specific to finance and trading scenarios, ensuring content aligns with user expectations.
- Write and edit clear, concise, and impactful UX microcopy, user interface text, and error messages that resonate with traders.
- Craft engaging and informative content that simplifies complex financial concepts, trading processes, and investment strategies.
- Create content style guides tailored to the financial domain and contribute to design systems for consistent content delivery.
- Participate in usability testing to validate content effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.
- Adapt content for various platforms, devices, and languages while maintaining a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in UX writing, and financial market developments.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to enhancing user empathy within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 100% bilingual English-Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, User Researcher, or similar role, with a **strong portfolio showcasing finance and trading-focused projects.**:

- Proficiency in conducting user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, with a **deep understanding of financial markets**.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex financial language into user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability concepts.
- Experience with content management systems, usability tools, and user research software.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and financial experts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and the ability to approach content challenges from a trader's perspective.
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and localization is a plus.
