**Job Title: Business Development Associate**
**Location**: Remote (EST Timezone)
**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (EST)
Our Company is currently seeking a skilled and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our Business Development Team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting lead-generation efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting research on potential clients and industries.
- ** Data Management**:Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track and manage client interactions and appointments effectively.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with the Growth Team and other departments to ensure alignment on company goals and strategies.
- ** Performance Tracking**:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities to the management team.
- ** Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related business development role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (ie. Hubspot) and Google Apps suite of work-related products.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
