Descripción de la vacante: se busca alguien que quiera ser parte integral de nuestro equipo de ventas, responsable de iniciar y alimentar las relaciones con clientes potenciales. Tu objetivo principal será generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la identificación y cualificación de clientes potenciales, la captación de clientes potenciales y la concertación de citas para nuestros ejecutivos de ventas. Su papel será esencial para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos de ventas y ampliar nuestra presencia en el mercado.

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Identificación de clientes potenciales: Investigar e identificar clientes potenciales dentro del mercado objetivo a través de diversos canales, incluyendo la investigación en línea, medios de comunicación social, eventos de la industria, y la creación de redes.

2. Contacto en frío: Iniciar llamadas salientes, correos electrónicos y otros métodos de comunicación para presentar los servicios y la propuesta de valor para clientes potenciales.

3. Cualificación: Entablar conversaciones significativas para entender las necesidades de personal, los retos y los objetivos del cliente. Determinar si existe una verdadera oportunidad de colaboración.

4. Programación de citas: Utilizar habilidades de comunicación persuasiva para concertar citas de alta calidad para los Ejecutivos de Ventas con los responsables de la toma de decisiones, garantizando un traspaso fluido de clientes potenciales cualificados.

5. Gestión de bases de datos: Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de interacciones, clientes potenciales y citas en el sistema CRM.

6. Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para alinear estrategias, compartir puntos de vista y optimizar los esfuerzos de alcance para lograr el máximo impacto.

7. Aprendizaje continuo: Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del sector, la evolución del mercado y nuestra gama de soluciones de dotación de personal para comunicar eficazmente las ofertas de la empresa.

8. Métricas de rendimiento: Cumplir o superar los objetivos semanales y mensuales de generación de prospectos, concertación de citas y tasas de conversión

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en outbound sales

Manejo de software CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Titulo universitario en business, marketing o relacionados es un plus

Deseable experiência en reclutamiento
Inglés 90% or +

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $2.800.000 - $3.000.000 al mes
