En **DISTRITECH LLC** nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un **E-commerce Specialist** para hacer parte de nuestro equipo en **Medellín, Colombia. **Esta persona gestionará y desarrollará relaciones sólidas con los clientes asignados, maximizando las ventas a través de nuestro e-commerce.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes** que utilizan nuestra plataforma de comercio electrónico.

**Soporte Proactivo**: Proporcionar asistencia personalizada y realizar seguimientos regulares para resolver problemas y mejorar la experiência del cliente.

**Prospección de Clientes**: Identificar y atraer nuevos clientes a la plataforma, desarrollando estrategias de prospección efectivas y gestionando el pipeline de ventas.

**Desarrollo de negocios**: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas y desarrollar estrategias para maximizar el número de clientes y promedio por orden.

**Seguimiento y análisis**: Monitorear el comportamiento de los clientes en la plataforma para identificar patrones y oportunidades de mejora. Utilizar datos y análisis para desarrollar estrategias que mejoren la satisfacción y retención del cliente

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en ventas, gestión de cuentas o roles similares, preferiblemente en el sector de e-commerce.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de e-commerce y habilidades técnicas para asesorar a los clientes en su uso.
- Habilidad para analizar datos y tendencias del mercado para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Inglés: B2
