Analista de operaciones, encargado de vigilar todo el entorno alrededor de las métricas operativas y diseñar estrategias de mejora continua para garantizar un performance óptimo y el rendimiento del negocio.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
What will you do?- Be part of the launching team and make history within the company.- Work on process and equipment deployments for allies together with Turbo local teams. Build a strong relationship with these teams.- Ensure the smooth kickoff of the project in terms of process executioning, specially with RT and fleet flows and expectations. You will be the owner of last mile tech deployment and performance, the key to success in this initiative.- Manage client performance on weekly and daily cadence along with local teams, making sure that conditions with Rappi are respected.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Operational mindset and passion for Rappi's strategy and competitive position- Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.- Self starter. Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.- Proven track record in establishing strong relationships at a senior level, across a diverse client base- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results vs deadlines- Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow.- Great personal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills- Have superior data analysis skills. SQL required.
