**Position Description**:
The function of the Sr Sales Rep is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Education clients, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets

**Position Requirements**:

- Develop relationships with Education customers, distis and business partners
- Understand customer needs, requirements & KPIs to develop sales strategies
- Build competitive offerings with an important degree of detail in product
- Lead negotiations and executions of sales
- Develop strategies to cover your database with distis and channels
- Lead teamwork between product and sales in order to define priority actions to grow the territory share
- Identify decision makers & influencers, set appointments to work closely with customers in their requirements, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Plan sales projections
- Manage daily operations
- Feed company tools as CRM and customer experience
- Maintain updated opportunities for weekly forecast reviews
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Take care of customer experience and customer request/issues solving follow up
- Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
- Proven 5-7 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent relationship with customers
- Capacity to engage, influence and manage relationships with key partner, act as a leader
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- English skills are business fluent
