**This position is responsible for mobile crane business (new/used) in Colombia, Peru and Argentina region. Accountable for market share grow and revenue goals set in yearly basis as well as develop marketing activities thru dealer network or directly to end users. Work on market intelligence, forecast/sales projection. Keep in frequent contact with end user and business partners. Work with aftersales team to provide excellent customer support. Also responsible to maintain customers informed about sales programs, new products, finance options, policies and terms and condition of sale.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Administrative control of all sales processes including quotations preparations and sales ongoing follow up;
- Monitoring dealers & service center goals accomplishment according to business annual plan;
- Customers visits and meetings to develop and/or maintain the level of loyalty requested for future deals
- Receiving concerns and enquiries from customers portfolio in a daily basis.
- Develop the force sales from our dealers and service centers
- Market intelligence.

**Job Requirements/Working Conditions**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required. Previous Controller experience in a corporate environment, CPA/ MBA preferred, Manufacturing corporation experience preferred.
- Good to have good communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning and organization, teamwork, customer focus, contributing to team success. Service attitude.
