En FactorIT estamos buscando un Sales Manager con habilidades de liderazgo, empatía y asertividad.

¿Qué funciones desempeñará nuestro Sales Manager?

Dirigir

las gestiones de las estrategias promoviendo los proyectos y servicios de FIT a

los países asignados alineados con los objetivos de las metas comerciales y

ventas.

Dirigir la administración de operaciones como la contratación, la coordinación y supervisión del personal, los proyectos y las ventas de FIT afiliadas en un país o región.

Planificar la administración de operaciones comerciales estratégicas, observando la consecución de cuota venta país y personal.

Planificar objetivos, planes y programas de su equipo, respecto a los plazos y condiciones establecidos por la gerencia comercial.

Calcular la demanda y pronosticar las ventas, informando al VP Comercial las eventuales diferencias, gestionando la optimización de los procesos.
