**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Monitors program/project/system status and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information to create reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, industrial engineering or related.
- Intermediate English level.
- 1 or 2 years of related experience in HR processes, onboarding, wellbeing or related areas.
- Data entry skills.
- Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexwork.
- Prior experience in a fast paced, professional environment preferred.
- Selfmotivated.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent proofreading and composition skills.
- Able to manage time and complete multiple projects independently and proactively.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.
- Ability to handle difficult situations.
- Able to interface with all levels of management.

- Prior experience in a fast paced, professional environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- Matrix multinational experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail oriented.
