**Title**: Specialist CRT

**Location**: GSC BOG

Responsible for managing ocean freight transportation bookings for an MX customer. This involves coordinating with the customer to understand their shipping needs, ensuring there is space available on the vessels for their goods, processing the necessary documentation for the shipment, coordinating with the ports of loading and discharge, and ensuring the shipment is completed in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, the regional booking desk may be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers in the event of problems during the shipping process. The main objective would be to ensure customer satisfaction and effectiveness of shipping operations in the assigned region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and process instruction/requirements of the E2E import and export operations.
- Proactive monitoring of shipment status in internal Tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) but also on Carrier’s websites.
- Add value to our customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-training within the team

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year in Logistics.
- Good communication in English (verbal and written).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy
- Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role
- Employees that are not in transition projects

- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($158.900 min
- $295.100 max)
