**About The Role**
Be part of Carbon Health’s dynamic and talented Finance organization. Our Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Work closely with other departments to help budget, forecast, and track all revenues and costs
- Prepare periodic reports detailing performance vs. budget, status of key company drivers, and recommendations for an executive audience
- Perform deep dive analyses on KPIs of the business
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed, including potential investments, board presentations, etc.
**About You**:
- A self-starter, strategic thinker, and action driven
- Possess a strong work ethic and can prioritize for multiple deadlines
- Able to flex in changing and fast-paced work environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar finance role, performing in depth modeling work
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Prior experience in investment banking (preferred)
- Existing experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
