**Job Summary**

The primary function of this position is to provide service to English (10%) and Spanish (90%) speaking customers, with bilingual fluency in reading, writing and speaking attending clients in Spain and some in Portugal. The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to and including income customer service calls.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls for customer service, provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- Comply schedules.
- The line is 100% calls and is B2B, person has to be aware that there is no much time between calls and all of them has to be answered considering the guidelines given by the QA team.

(Constant and continuous influx of calls).
- Efficiently handle special requests; assist all customers using knowledge of client guidelines.
- Comply PCI policies handling correctly Client Data Information procedures.
- Requires a minimum score of 50 NPS (satisfaction), 4.5% CCPH (AHT, transfer rate, recontact, this is expected to be achieved after 60 days in operations).
- Outbound calls to ensure resolution on each one of the cases handled
