- Comunicar la propuesta de valor de manera eficiente a nuestros clientes.
- Desarrollo del concepto “One to One”: una máquina vendida - una máquina asistida.
- Realizar el seguimiento de las ofertas, mantener registros y generar reportes internos.
- Promover productos de vanguardia de Postventa que contribuyen al ahorro energético y al aumento de la eficiencia en el uso del aire comprimido.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la división
- Planificar las tareas del sector en forma organizada y eficiente
- Elevar sugerencias que permitan mejoras en el funcionamiento del sector.
- Conocer y cumplir con la normativa de Calidad, Seguridad & Salud, y Medio Ambiente de la empresa.
**Tareas generales**:
- Cumplir la política de calidad.
- Planificar las tareas del sector en forma organizada, eficiente y hacia resultados.
- Elevar sugerencias que permitan mejoras en el funcionamiento del sector.
- Mantener la seguridad, orden y limpieza.
- Mantener un agradable clima interno en el sector.
**_¿Qué buscamos?_**
Educación:
- Deseable Estudios en Ingeniería, Comercialización, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o equivalente por experiência en Ventas Técnicas.
Experiência:
- Experiência de trabajo en cargos similares, como venta de servicios o de productos en la industria general, ingeniería mecánica.
- Experiência en trato con clientes externos e internos, manejo comercial relacionado con operaciones de ventas y/o atención de objeciones y reclamos.
Conocimientos en marketing y ventas
- Técnicas de negociación y manejo de objeciones.
- Promoción de ventas.
- Captación de nuevos clientes
Técnicos (no excluyente)
- Lectura e interpretación de manuales y planos.
Varios
- Manejo de PC, Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
- Idioma inglés oral y escrito (preferentemente pero no excluyente).
