We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Staffing Manager **to join the team, to be in charge of developing strategies to assign personnel according to operational needs, analyze skills and competencies for the strategic allocation of human resources, and also to negotiate and communicate directly with clients regarding salaries and operational expectations..

**Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Develop strategies to assign personnel according to operational needs.- Coordinate transfers and promotions for an efficient transition.- Define and maintain equitable and competitive salary structures.- Negotiate and communicate directly with clients regarding salaries and operational expectations.- Identify and assign appropriate people to roles considering skills and client expectations.- Evaluate and manage financial margins associated with personnel to guarantee profitability.- Understand the operational context to strategically align staffing needs.- Supervise separation processes for a professional transition.- Efficiently lead a team, including analysts and coordinators.- Analyze skills and competencies for strategic allocation of human resources.
