En Solvo Global nos encontramos buscando **Collectors o recolectores de cartera** para trabajar con uno de nuestros clientes más importantes en Norte América.
- Tipo de contrato: Indefinido
- Ciudad: Bogotá
- Horario: Tiempo Completo - lunes a viernes de 8:30 am a 6:30 pm CST
- Modalidad: Presencial.
- Nível de inglés: 80%

**Responsabilidades**:

- Contactar a los consumidores por teléfono para cobrar cuentas vencidas.
- Negociar acuerdos de pago.
- Verificar/actualizar información relevante del consumidor.
- Cumplir con todas las leyes federales, estatales y locales relacionadas con la cobranza de deudas.
- Cumplir con las expectativas de rendimiento mensuales individuales/equipo

**Requisitos**:
Nível de inglés B2

**Habilidades blandas**:

- Conocimientos de ofimática y software de bases de datos.
- Habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para hablar y escuchar.
- Capacidad multitarea y de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad para establecer prioridades.
- Atención al detalle.
