¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Realizar registros contables (facturas) de forma correcta, oportuna, fidedignos y ajustados a las normas contables, tributarias y de la compañía.
- Analizar la información contable - financiera, realizar los análisis para cierres mensuales y anuales de Ingresos
- Realizar análisis sobre Ingresos de Ventas a través de la facturación y brindar soporte a los clientes internos y externos en novedades presentada.
- Elaborar conciliaciones de cuentas de ingresos y notas crédito generadas en el mes.
- Apoyar diariamente en registro y cargues en conjunto con el personal de crédito para la presentación de facturas y posterior cobro por parte del área de cartera
- Atender y apoyar en las visitas de auditorías internas y externas.
- Velar que se cumplan las diferentes políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Apoyar en los diferentes reportes corporativos.

¿Qué educación, conocimiento y experiência necesitas?

Educación
- Profesional o estudiante de los últimos semestres en Contabilidad.

Experiência
- Más de 2 años de experiência en empresas multinacionales.
- Capacidad de preparar informes completos, claros, concisos y orientados a la acción.
- Manejo e interacción con portales de facturación electrónica y de clientes.

Conocimientos
- Fuerte conocimiento práctico de ERP/Aplicaciones de Contabilidad, preferiblemente SAP.
- Manejo de Excel a nível intermedio-avanzado.
- Capacidad de organización y planificación.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Resiliencia en entornos cambiantes y vertiginosos.
- Gestión eficaz de solicitudes con plazos de entrega cortos, cumpliendo consistentemente con los plazos.
