Partnerships Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, focusing on mutual benefits and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with local volunteer teams to leverage partnerships for member engagement and partnership success.
- Analyze partnership performance, providing reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with volunteer teams to integrate partners into community activities and events.
- Grow and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure success and long term sustainability.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any academic field, provided relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or experience in sports marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Spanish
- Competency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for fitness and an active lifestyle
