Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un nuevo talento Finaktiva. Una persona que disfrute el trabajo en equipo, propositiva, con capacidad de análisis y habilidades para trabajar bajo metodologías agiles para el cargo de **Product Manager** **. Una persona que nos ayude a mejorar el tejido empresarial del país.
**Requisitos**:
**Formación re**querida**: Profesional en Ingeniería industrial, ingeniería financiera y/o negocios.
**Experiência requerida**: Más de 4 años en gestionando líneas de negocio y su implementación, ejecución y desarrollo de productos de crédito y gestión de proyectos financieros.
**Conocimientos requeridos**:
- Desarrollo de producto
- Conocimiento en fábrica de crédito
- Conocimiento en colocación de productos de crédito
**Plus**: Azure DevOps, Gestión de proyectos, gestión de proveedores, análisis de requisitos.
**Retos del cargo**:
- Definir y crear la visión del producto.
- Diseñar los conceptos de producto
- Definir funcionalidades y requerimientos en conjunto con las diferentes áreas de la empresa
- Gestionar de forma precisa y eficaz la priorización de los diversos proyectos y seguir de forma constante los acontecimientos posteriores.
- Comunicar la visión del producto a otras personas y supervisar todas las etapas de su desarrollo.
- Trabajar con los clientes para determinar sus necesidades específicas, e informar al equipo sobre los intereses de los mismos.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de todas las etapas del proceso de realización del producto y supervisar la reacción de los consumidores ante los nuevos lanzamientos.
- Negociación con el cliente interno para priorizar la entrega del producto de acuerdo con las capacidades del equipo de desarrollo.
- Definir y acompañar en la implementación de los prototipos, productos nuevos y mejoras a productos existentes.
