**The Role**

**NetSuite ERP Administrator (Columbia)**

**Remote - Columbia (must be able to work across multiple time zones in the USA and Vietnam) | Spiraledge | Full Time**

**What you will do**
- Administer and configure NetSuite to align with company processes and workflows.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including system upgrades and scheduling of jobs.
- Develop and implement customizations and enhancements using SuiteScript.
- Manage user roles and access, ensuring appropriate security and privacy compliance.
- Provide training and support to NetSuite users within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and improve integration with NetSuite.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for different business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetSuite performance.
- Stay updated with NetSuite features and best practices to implement improvements.
- Work with external consultants or vendors when needed.

**Who you bring to the table**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript and other scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to travel occasionally.

**Bonus Points**
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
