**Position: Procurement Administrator**
- **Salary**: $2,700,000 - $3,000,000 COP
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
- **Location**: 100 % Remote from anywhere in Colombia or LATAM
**Responsibilities**:
- Begin the procurement process by preparing and evaluating product quotations.
- Make purchasing decisions based on quotes and organizational needs.
- Manage the creation and processing of purchase orders.
- Verify and track purchase order confirmations, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Oversee and track inventory to ensure efficient procurement cycles.
- Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, such as invoice processing and reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with suppliers to maintain high-quality procurement processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Preferred Education**: Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in procurement, administrative tasks, or document management.
- **English proficiency**:B2-C1
**Qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors.
- Proficiency in platforms like Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
- Knowledge of procurement vocabulary and processes.

- Procurement: 2 years (preferred)
