Johnson & Johnson New Planned Consumer Health Company is currently recruiting for a **One S4 Consumer Global Finance Lead FP&A**. This position is based in Skillman, NJ, High Wycombe, UK, Cali, Columbia and Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a change agent, educating the teams of the benefits of the new global Consumer OneS4 ERP
- Engage with FP&A stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the OneS4 implementation
- Have a good end-to-end knowledge on the new account-to-report and S&OP planning design in order to be able to explain new ways of working to the FP&A organization and understand key integration points
- Tight liaison between the process design teams and the business
- Participate in OneS4 enterprise structure and master data design to ensure the common information model is fine-tuned to planning and forecasting requirements.

**Accountabilities**
- Deliver future looking ERP design fit for successful Consumer business
- Align on roadmap priorities
- Drive implementation to roadmap plan

**People Management**:

**Travel**
- 10-20%

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or an international qualified accountant equivalent

**Languages**:

- Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English

**Experience Required**:

- 8-10 years job experience in different Finance Functions
- Detailed knowledge of FP&A and finance functional knowledge, including required interaction with multiple stakeholders, and management versus statutory reporting needs
- Working experience in at least 2 end to end projects across all phases
- Business consulting experience is a plus
- Working experience on major global programs
- Ability to collaborate with multiple partners

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750
