What to expect in a 'FP&A Enabler' role at TaskUs:
  • Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
    • Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Evaluate financial performance and provide insights to management
    • Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting
    • Track operational metrics impacting profitability
    • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Process Improvements
    • Drive process improvements and efficiency within FP&A
  • Financial Advisory & Controllership
    • Analyze trends, perform variance analysis, and recommend actions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and BPO industry experience
  • 2-5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
  • MBA is a plus
Work Location / Schedule / Travel:
  • Remote position with occasional travel for business needs
