**Role Overview**
As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by spearheading effective sales strategies. Your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team, collaborating across brands, executing and following comprehensive sales plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand revenue.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of improvement and achievement.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and assess the success of sales initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Efficiently manage sales budgets to optimize return on investment.
- Stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new prospects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Over 10+ years of progressive experience in sales roles for cor, with a strong focus on digital brand engagement.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed sales decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and relevant technology.
