**SALARY RANGE**:$5.00 - $10.00 USD/hr.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience working as an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Specialist/Analyst/Strategist, Product Catalog Assistant or a related field
- Previous experience working with Shopify and Amazon is a MUST
- Clear communication skills in English
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner following a set process
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable in a dynamic work environment and able to help out where needed

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify market trends and inform business decisions.
- Post-market product surveillance on Amazon and Shopify and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Report on key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and manage Amazon cases and facilitate product review procurement and outreach on Amazon.
- Finding testers for products, coordinating with them, summarizing feedback, and compiling it into a report for the team.
- Following up on the status of product samples and ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Update records from initial product idea to launch in the appropriate systems.
- Conduct regular audits of Amazon product listings and overall account health.
- Create product listings on Amazon and Shopify, and manage discounts and reporting.
- Upload YouTube videos, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and social media platforms by including relevant keywords, tags, and descriptions.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) documenting important company procedures.
- Perform keyword research and develop engaging and informative content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
- Research industry trends and stay up-to-date with Amazon and Shopify policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
