La persona administra las excepciones de tarjeta de crédito que no coinciden automáticamente y resuelven estos elementos diariamente. El grupo de tarjetas de crédito de AR US trabaja en colaboración para garantizar que todas las tareas de AR US CC (Llamadas entrantes / salientes, Preparación de correo, Clasificación, Procesamiento, Excepciones de tarjeta de crédito) se completen a tiempo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Totalmente disponible para recibir llamadas entrantes para clientes internos y externos sobre consultas de tarjetas de crédito
- Póngase en contacto con los clientes (30 llamadas salientes) para obtener información faltante y / o proporcione detalles adicionales sobre las transacciones rechazadas.
- Investigue varios sistemas UPS cuando sea necesario para resolver elementos.
- Actualizar y mantener la información de la tarjeta de crédito de las cuentas de los clientes.

**Educación y experiência laboral**:

- Profesional en Finanzas y/o Contabilidad o afines.
- 6 meses mínimo en experiência contable.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés - Intermedio (70%).

**Habilidades**:

- Atención a los detalles.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
- Priorización: la carga de trabajo debe organizarse para garantizar que los problemas se aborden de manera oportuna.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
