**About The Role**:
Our **Google Business Profile Specialist **is an integral part of the Client Success Team, and one of our orchestra conductors. They are part of a team that, collectively, oversees our clients' digital media presence through Olly Olly's services (websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising). As part of our Client Success team, the primary responsibilities of the Google Business Profile Specialist are to drive account performance by securing access to Google Business Profiles for our clients and ensuring we have access to Primary Domains, both of which directly impact the overall performance of our client portfolio. Another critical part of this role involves continuous education on the ever-changing landscape of Google Business Profiles.

**You're excited about this opportunity because you will be responsible for..**:
**Obtaining Google Business Profile access, including**:

- Requesting access
- Merging profiles
- Claiming profiles
- Assisting with verifying profiles
- Contacting Google support
- Calling clients to gain access
- Handling suspensions
- Overall maintenance for 2500+ accounts

**Obtaining Primary Domain access by**:

- Sending and receiving domains
- Checking for delegate access

**Obtaining Social Media access by**:

- Sending requests for access
- Assisting clients with providing access
- Assisting in setting up Facebook pages

**Other ad-hoc responsibilities**:

- Assisting with training Client Success in regards to Google Business Profile, domains & social media
- Providing continued education on Google Business Profile, domains & social media
- Supporting Client Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and Retention in troubleshooting access and verification issues

**We're excited about you because you bring**:

- **Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required to facilitate effective communication with clients**_ (The ability to comprehend and interpret complex information in English is crucial for success in this role. English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process)_
- At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management roles
- At least 2+ years working within Google
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing (Facebook, Instagram marketing, Analytics, User Experience, Paid Media and Search marketing)
- Some client retention or upselling experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree or similar (although this is not required)

- Salary: $1000 USD/month + bonus based on performance

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC-6), (Weekends off)
