This is an opportunity to join the Health and Safety team, with the objective to manage, implement (documentation), the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) to meet short and long term business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform annually the OSHMS evaluation in accordance with the minimum standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
- Document changes in specific responsibilities in the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and notify interested parties.
- Develop and update manuals, procedures, formats and instructions, technical sheets of indicators related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
- Calculate the indicators defined for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to the periodicity defined for each one.
- Design, implement and follow up the necessary programs for the prevention of occupational diseases and accidents at work.
- Document the company's priority risks and the corrective, preventive and improvement actions that originate from the risk analysis.
- Elaborate and follow up the action plans derived from the corrective, preventive and improvement actions, which originate from the different activities of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Maintain a statistical record of incidents and occupational accidents, as well as occupational diseases that occur, including indicators of severity, frequency, and mortality of accidents and prevalence and incidence of occupational disease.
- Maintain an annual record of absenteeism due to occupational and common illnesses and accidents at work and classify their origin.
- Update at least once a year the identification of hazards, evaluation and risk assessment, and other assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Professional in engineering, occupational health, health, or other related careers with specialization in OSH.
- 1+ years of experience as a professional implementing OSHMS in companies with more than 1000 employees.
- Current OSH license
- Current 50 hours OSHMS course
- B1 - B2 level of English
