**What We'll Bring**:
As a member of the Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) group, this Senior Manager will partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and will help drive the HR strategy for the GCC Cost Rica location. Responsible for the following areas: Employee engagement and retention, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training and development, performance management, associate development, coaching, policies and procedures, culture, support for payroll, and benefits, and ensuring the operation is in compliance with all applicable laws.

**How You Will Contribute**
- Partners with local leaders to understand business strategy and design and implement core HR programs related to talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, and talent management
- As key member of the local management team, serves as the “steward of culture” to attract, hire, engage and develop great talent and motivates others to do the same
- Leverages change management principles and communication strategies to support the execution of organizational evolution and change
- Proactively anticipates and problem solves, and implements solutions across multiple disciplines
- Improves manager and employee effectiveness by identifying and clarifying employee relations challenges ahead of any escalation
- Keeps abreast of local benefit and compensation practices and advises on employee value propositions
- Consults with management to identify development needs of all associates
- Consults on compensation principles and practices
- Provides guidance and input on organizational structures, workforce planning, succession planning. Assists employees with global/expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Ensures that information and document processing is timely and accurate. Monitors practices to assure compliance with all Human Resources policies and relevant regulations and advises management on exceptions and recommends appropriate action and required documentation.

- College degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of progressive responsible experience, ideally in complex and matrixed multinational environments
- Proven human resources and managerial skills, employment compliance and regulations for Costa Rica
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects or activities
- Action orientation and comfort with fast pace and rapid change
- Build effective relationships within HR and across line, functional and geographic reporting lines
- Able to prepare and present to senior level management,
- Superior English verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional maturity and strong self-awareness
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required
