**Job Title**: Product Manager

**General Summary**
**Essential Functions**
- **Product Development**: Manage the entire quote-to-cash operational process for international services. Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Presales, Marketing, and Sales teams to define product requirements and create comprehensive product collateral such as technical requirements, commercial presentations, and use cases.
- **Program Management**: Lead program evaluation by analyzing objectives, identifying internal stakeholders, and understanding technical requirements. Develop and communicate program baselines, define schedules, and ensure proactive customer communication.
- **Project Tracking**: Oversee documentation and task completion, ensuring accurate status updates and providing feedback to internal teams.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed product documentation, including technical requirements and commercial presentations.
- Coordinate product roadmap implementation impacting international operations.
- Create and update homologation requirements to test new services across various platforms and vendors.
- Collaborate with international product management teams to define and manage a comprehensive as-a-Service strategy.
- Participate in BSS/OSS activities related to new and existing services.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Over 5 years of technical product management experience in Telecom and IT for the international market.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IoT technologies, Communications solutions (e.g., Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams), Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SASE, Managed Perimeter Security), and connectivity/cloud technologies (e.g., SDWAN, MPLS).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, team-building experience, outcome-driven with the ability to define success metrics, and program management experience.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is a plus.
