**Responsabilidades y tareas esenciales**:

- Experto en soluciones y técnicas de Productos Arthrex.
- Mantener actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria de equipos de endoscopia, las actividades de la competencia y la dinámica del mercado.
- Analizar los datos del mercado para identificar oportunidades de negociación de equipos con hospitales, clínicas y distribuidores y proponer a la gerencia acciones para adquirir nuevos clientes a fin de lograr los objetivos comerciales;
- Planificar las visitas de desarrollo de negocios y mantener actualizado el CRM. Prepararse para cada visita, entendiendo el perfil de comportamiento del cliente y anticipándose a las posibles objeciones que se puedan presentar para iniciar una negociación y venta;
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente durante la visita, en línea con la estrategia definida, y articular la propuesta de valor de las soluciones de productos o servicios relevantes para las necesidades del cliente, diferenciando a Arthrex de la competencia.
- Realizar acciones de posventa y fidelización, así como un seguimiento según lo indique la dirección;
- Participar en Congresos y Eventos con el fin de intensificar y ampliar la relación en su cartera de clientes;
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con actores clave en el campo de la medicina. Como equipo de compras para clínicas y hospitales y colaborar con el equipo comercial, business intelligence, y distribuidores para generar oportunidades, negociar y cerrar contratos comerciales.
