Marketing Coordinator (2 positions)

- The position- As a Marketing Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Support the development of the strategy and monitor execution through management indicators.
- Ensure the tracking, optimisation, and compliance with the area’s budget.
- Analyse brand performance data.
- Actively participate in the Brand Team.
- Collaborate in the development, approval, and tracking of materials for various stakeholders.
- Lead special projects, including those related to Patient Journey, Multi-channel, and Scientific Societies.
- Coordinate logistics and participation in events organised by Scientific Societies.
- Support the coordination of internal trainings and activities.- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is a must.
- Previous experience in commercial or marketing projects or initiatives.
- Intermediate level of English is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Project Management skills.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and follow-up skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in digital marketing is desirable.- About the department- You will join our team in Colombia, where we have two positions available: one for the Diabetes Team and another for the Rare Diseases Team.
