**Role Summary**

El propósito de este cargo es: el diseño, construcción, mantenimiento y optimización de productos analíticos para el área de Data Office sobre los repositorios de la compañía que en su momento se definan. Para esto, se requiere que sea una persona experta en el manejo, análisis e interpretación de los datos (Data Driven 100%).

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Se requiere al menos 2 años de experiência en la construcción de DataMarts.
- Se requiere al menos 2 años de experiência en la construcción de tableros de BI.
- Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiência con SQL.
- Deseable conocimiento en SPARK y Databricks.
- Deseable al menos 1 año en cargos relacionados.
- Deseable que haya trabajado en el sector financiero.
- Conocimiento en Riesgo de Crédito
- Lenguajes: Python y SQL
- Teoría de bases de datos
- Manejo de herramientas de BI - Excel - Analytics: conocimiento básico en Machine Learning y Advanced Analytics

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gestionar todos los aspectos relativos a la ingesta, procesamiento y acceso a los datos y la información (estructurada o no).
- Entender a fondo y generar valor al dato a partir de la generación de transformaciones significativas para el negocio.
- Gestionar la calidad del dato, generando mecanismos de control.
- Implementar un sandbox (o similar) para el área.
- Preparar informes (tablas, cubos, etc.) sobre el análisis realizado y presentar sugerencias sobre la posible toma de decisiones para los consultores. (Business Intelligence)
- Implementar procesos estandarizados y automáticos para la actualización del DataMart como la generación de los tableros de BI.
- Proponer, diseñar y realizar KPIs o indicadores de datos (calidad, poblamiento, negocio, otros) que permitan monitoreo constante a la información.
- Implementar controles que garanticen la conciliación de facturas mediante automatización de procesos que optimicen los recursos del área.
- Trabajar en colaboración con las Gerencias del área de Datos en el desarrollo de mejoras en procesos que puedan automatizarse.
