**Medtronic is looking for a Sr. Support and Data Specialist Supervisor to join our team. In this exciting role, you will lead a team of Support and Data Specialists responsible for direct end-user support, training and documentation, and clean, reliable data within the CRM instances.

**A Day in the Life
**The Sr. Support and Data Specialist Supervisor role is ideal for someone who possesses a good level of leadership competencies and basic business acumen, is a champion of the Medtronic Mindset culture and a consistent driver of Operational Excellence.
The Sr. Support and Data Specialist Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations for the Support and Data Specialist team, managing workload distribution and maintaining acceptable levels of KPIs and SLAs. They will be responsible for sustaining a high-performing and motivating work culture and executing initiatives to generate quick wins and ongoing process improvements for the team.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Lead, motivate and build a high performing team
- Define performance goals and targets, conduct performance reviews and regular 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development
- Communicate business and operational updates, plan, prioritize and direct the responsibilities of the team
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing and managing team KPIs and SLAs
- Assist team in resolving complex technical issues requiring specialized expertise by acting as point of escalation
- Propose and implement modifications to operating policies and day-to-day processes, striving for continuous improvement and consistency in deliverables
- Work closely with internal teams, including Commercial IT, to communicate support trends, data quality updates, and ensure general alignment.
- Stay informed on system updates, releases, and new features to provide informed recommendations and support continuous platform enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols while handling sensitive information within the CRM system.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree administrative areas.
- 4 or more years of experience leading teams with direct end-user support, training, and documentation with CRM, providing customer focused support or related.
- Experience leading teams, including multi-lingual operations.
- Experience providing feedback and coaching.
- Experience managing KPI’s and creating reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Detailed-oriented and quality-focused.
- Displays a positive attitude and interest in continuous process improvement.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.
- Good adaptability.
**Nice to Have**
- Nice to have Medical Device Industry experience.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive and good customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Conga CPQ is a plus.
- Experience with Data Loader (or similar tool), supporting bulk import or export of data is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience providing support to commercial organizations (e.g., field sellers) is a plus.
