**Misión del cargo**

Realizar un análisis y seguimiento de las cuentas por pagar (AP). en moneda local y extranjera, de acuerdo con los planes estratégicos y operativos de la organización. Será responsable del control del AP para que esté conciliado con la contraparte, así como de la preparación de pagos en los Bancos, y su aplicación contable.

**Responsabilidad (Qué hace)**
- Análisis de las cuentas por pagar y relacionamiento con Bancos.
- Aplicación de pagos realizados en el sistema contable.
- Envió de reportes de Tesorería.
- Soporte en la realización de informes fiscales.

**Acciones (Cómo lo hace)**
- Mediante el manejo adecuado de los Estados de Cuenta de los acreedores y la creación de pagos en los Bancos. Así mismo, con permanente comunicación ante los bancos para no afectar la operación diaria.
- Mediante un análisis y control de las facturas que se pagan a nível contable.
- Mediante la consulta y análisis de los movimientos bancarios en cada una de las cuentas.
- Mediante el desarrollo periódico de los informes requeridos por las autoridades fiscales, en colaboración con la Gerencia Administrativa

**Resultado final (Para qué)**
- Para darle seguimiento al flujo de caja y las obligaciones de pago que tiene la empresa periódicamente, con el fin de no tener deuda vencida con los proveedores.
- Para mantener los Estados de Cuenta con nuestros acreedores al día y conciliados.
- Para monitorear el flujo de caja de caja de la compañía e identificar y analizar el detalla de cada transacción realizada y recibida.
- Para presentar de manera oportuna y diligente los informes requeridos sin ocasionar penalidad o multas por su ausencia..

- Nível académico requerido: Profesional (INDISPENSABLE)
- Carrera: Contaduría, administración, finanzas (INDISPENSABLE)
- Posgrado: Finanzas (DESEABLE)
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: 0
- Idiomas: Inglés - Avanzado (DESEABLE)
- Años de experiência Total: Mínimo 3 años - Máximo 5 años
