El propósito de nuestro Transformation & Strategy Associate es facilitar y ejecutar proyectos estratégicos comerciales dentro de la empresa con el objetivo de impulsar la transformación y el crecimiento del negocio. Este rol desempeñará un papel crucial en la coordinación y gestión de iniciativas clave, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo comercial para garantizar el éxito de los proyectos.
- Tus responsabilidades:_

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave como:

- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de liderazgo comercial (Gerentes de Canal, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finanzas, etc) para comprender los objetivos estratégicos de sus áreas y traducirlos en iniciativas concretas.
- Desarrollar y mantener un plan detallado para la ejecución de proyectos, incluyendo la definición de objetivos, hitos, recursos necesarios y plazos.
- Coordinar, gestionar y liderar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, asegurando la alineación con los plazos establecidos y los estándares de calidad.
- Facilitar reuniones y sesiones de trabajo con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la colaboración efectiva y la resolución de problemas.
- Monitorear el progreso de los proyectos y gestionar los riesgos y problemas identificados de manera proactiva, implementando acciones correctivas según sea necesario.
- Preparar informes de seguimiento y análisis para comunicar el estado del proyecto y los resultados alcanzados.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos y prácticas relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos y la estrategia comercial.
- Servir como enlace entre diferentes áreas funcionales y equipos internos para asegurar una ejecución efectiva y una alineación estratégica.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y las mejores prácticas en gestión de proyectos y estrategia comercial, aplicando estos conocimientos en el trabajo diario.
- Promover la estandarización de procesos comerciales con miras a centralizar su manejo y simplificación del trabajo del equipo de campo.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando profesionales con las siguientes características:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años en roles similares de gestión de proyectos o consultoría estratégica, preferiblemente en (o para) la industria de consumo.
- Profesional Universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Especialización, diplomado o certificación en Gerencia de Proyectos (deseable).
- Inglés Avanzado (mandatorio).
- Dominio de office avanzado.
- Deseable dominio de Power BI y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
