We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Facility Team located in Bogota.
?
**Responsibilities**
**Facilities**
- Coordinate and organize the annual maintenance activities.
- Manage Landlord communications.
- Oversee the specific Import / export processes when needed.
**Purchases and travel**
- Monitor and manage the company’s property, assets and supplies acquisitions.
- Guarantee all needed supplies for the office (beverages, hot beverages, stationary items)
- Organize and coordinate the administration activities and procedures.
- Organizes business travel (rental services)
**HR**
- Supervise all process for new joiners & leavers preparing (office cards, workstations).
- Collaborate in health and Safety programs & management systems.
- Cooperate with PDR activities (internal and external events).
**Finance**
- Provide budget estimations and costs control monthly.
- Covers basic accounting tasks (creates requests, submit purchase orders, and monitor invoices in the internal platform).
- Physical Asset control.
**Reports**
- Support and provide information for the internal / external audit requirements when requied.
**Suppliers Management**
- Direct communication with suppliers to schedule maintenance activities.
- Contract and prices negotiation follow up.
- Set SLA´s according to the nature of the service.
- Manage SAGRILAFT reports and data base.
**Procurement**
- Raise PR for the teams when required
- Follow up with the supplier the invoice to be sent to the correspondent finance team.
- Follow up of the contracts and upload documentation in the internal system.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Mandatory qualifications**
- Graduate degree in Administration or similar, with a post-college qualification.
- 8-6 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Advanced English level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
**Desirable skills**
- Planning and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Very well organized and good time manager.
- Customer and service oriented.
