- Carrera universitaria terminada en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, o afín.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en administración de múltiples funciones de operaciones y mantenimiento de edificios para una instalación, campus o cartera de edificios.
**¿Cuáles son las actividades?**
- Coordinación de técnicos, incluyendo contratación, entrenamiento y desarrollo.
- Coordinar, supervisar y / o administrar las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento realizadas por técnicos, proveedores y contratistas que realizan trabajos de mantenimiento de edificios (Hard and Soft Services).
- Manejar operación y mantenimiento asignado, así como asistir al desarrollo y operación para el presupuesto.
- Atender situaciones de operación y mantenimiento para su pronta solución.
- Recomendar e implementar mantenimiento preventivo, que incluya seguridad, presupuestos.
- Coordinación y trato directo con proveedores.
- Supervisión de los sistemas de la planta y/o edificios para un buen funcionamiento.
- Comunicación efectiva con proveedores, clientes, staff, vendedores, etc.
- Pronta atención a siniestros.
- Implementación y supervisión de los suministros requeridos para el área de facilities.
- Supervisión e implementación de códigos o normas de seguridad o construcción que solicite el gobierno, estado o empresa.
