What We're Looking For:

- **Detail-Oriented: Maintain a strong focus on details to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process.**:

- **High-Paced Experience: Thrive in a high-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations and requirements.**:

- **Collaboration, Delegation & Instruction: Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear, concise instructions to the recruitment team.**:

- **Information Management: Handle 7 - 10 matching calls per week, ensuring effective communication and match-making between clients and potential hires.**:

- **Prioritization: Demonstrate excellent prioritization skills, promptly addressing the most critical tasks.**
- **Meeting Management**:_ _Handle preliminary meetings with potential hires, assessing their suitability for the role and the agency._

Pay: From $20,000 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (required)
