Descripción
El puesto a cubrir sería el de agente de atención telefónica con dominio de español y francés (y español y catalán si lo hubiera), para el servicio de atención al cliente de una importante compañía naviera española.
- Vinculación directa a termino indefinido
- Modalidad: Teletrabajo o Híbrido (formación presencial en oficinas SgTech)
- Jornada: Posibilidad de jornadas a medio tiempo (20-23h semanales) o a tiempo completo (40-42h semanales)
- Horarios: Posibilidad de elegir entre diferentes turnos comprendidos entre las 02:00 am y la 01:30 pm
**Requisitos**:
- Requerido idioma español y francés nível avanzado.
- Requerida experiência en atención al cliente, conocimientos ofimáticos a nível Office. Habilidades comunicativas y capacidad de resolución de reclamaciones.
- Valorable conocimientos en sector turístico, reservas de viajes, conocimientos
Funciones:
- Atención telefónica de consultas de información general, información sobre horarios, rutas y tarifas.
- Realizar altas, modificaciones o anulaciones de reservas.
- Resolución y tratamiento de reclamaciones en primer nível.
