Tecnólogo o profesional en gestión administrativa, administración en salud, administración de empresas, sistemas, o áreas afines relacionadas con las actividades del cargo.
**Experiência**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en empresas del sector salud, en cualquier área de desempeño.
- Experiência en la implementación de sistemas de información en el sector salud, especialmente en la integración de interfaces con otros sistemas y herramientas.
**Experiência Deseable**
- Dos años de experiência en atención al cliente o soporte técnico, especialmente en mesas de servicio de nível 1 en el sector salud.
**Conocimientos y Habilidades**
- **Conocimientos Técnicos**:_
- Familiaridad con procesos administrativos, asistenciales y/o financieros en Instituciones prestadoras de salud.
- Conocimientos en normativas y regulaciones del sector salud.
- Experiência en la aplicación de guías o procedimientos asociados a la atención de usuarios o gestión de mesas de servicio de nível 1
**Habilidades**
- Habilidades en el uso de Jira para la gestión de tickets y la resolución de incidencias
- Habilidades en atención al cliente, con enfoque en la comunicación efectiva y la resolución proactiva de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, colaborando con diferentes áreas de la empresa para garantizar la respuesta oportuna al cliente.
- Orientación al detalle, con la habilidad de documentar y comunicar claramente los procesos y procedimientos.
