**Resumen de Posición**:
Located in Bogota or Cartagena
Responsibility for generating service businesses in the assigned region and establishing repair contracts with strategic clients.Manage the assigned territory in such a way as to meet or exceed assigned goals while maintaining permanent contact with clients.Focus on the growth of Services sales in accordance with the strategic plan.
**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:
- Establish relationships at all levels with strategic clients to meet the needs of repair services, field services and improvement services (Upgrades). Focus on generating medium and long-term maintenance and repair contracts in accordance with the assigned Budget. Develop and promote a comprehensive after-sales support program with added value for our clients (Health Care Program) through contracts. Maintain a schedule of visits to clients with at least 75% of the time available. Provide field technical support to our clients. Adequately integrate and promote new ITT technologies to everything related to services. Be able to give basic and advanced maintenance and hydraulics courses and seminars to clients. Promote and disseminate ITT Monitoring and Control services and products in order to finalize contracts or orders. Work in coordination with Operations, GAEC and product specialists on Upgrade opportunities in ITT equipment and other brands. Develop a plan to generate business for Procast. Keep knowledge of competitor products up to date. Work proactively with pump and parts vendors to share market information. Quote service offers and enter service orders complying with IP500 requirements. Keep the Services forecast updated in the Electronic Quotation Log (EQL). Conduct business and ethics through the foundations and mandates of the ITT Code of Conduct.
**Requisitos del Puesto**:
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Mechanics. 8 to 10 years of experience in similar positions or experience in the mining or oil industry in rotating equipment as a user. Preferably be familiar with the Goulds product or similar brands. Knowledge of mechanical seals, electric motors, couplings, instrumentation used in pumping equipment. Basic knowledge of competing products. Advanced English, written and spoken. Negotiation experience. Proven experience in failure analysis.
