Vantage Specialty Chemicals is seeking a Customer/Product Data Analyst to help execute and evolve the capabilities surrounding customer/Product information and how it is used throughout the organization. This role will be responsible to monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of data information in key business systems (CRM / ERP). They will also seek ways to improve data master processes and what information is captured.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Execute de day-to-day function of costumer/Porduct Data Management for the organization.
- Execute de costumer data strategy.
- Working with various business stakeholders the implementation of a new Master Data platform supporting Costumer Data.
- Coordinate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Digital on how costumer Data is captured, cleaned, and utilized and establish Key Performance Indicators tracking quality.
- Enable improved sales productivity of Sales teams by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Costumer/Product Data.
- Act as the central contact point for the issues impacting costumer attributes common across the enterprise and report to the Governance board.
- Own attributes used across the enterprise to define Costumer Data Governance standards, rules, and ensure the cascade to individual functions.
- Recommend improvements in Costumer Data Governance from an enterprise perspective.
- Guarantee Data integrity between ERP’s and CRM system.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuously improving the costumer support experience.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years working with customer/ product master data, data structure and data governance.
- English Proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in manage Data Base with ability to independently break down large datasets and synthesize inputs from multiple sources.
- Possess and demonstrate strong logic and critical problem-solving skills with the ability to transform abstract business rules into functional processes.
