Are you interested in working on a new project, with multicultural teams and with challenges in the product area, team management and process organization? You'll work on digital initiatives for a Fortune-100 company, for one of the world's most recognized brands, and with one of the coolest companies. All communication in this team will be done in English with the ci&t team and in Spanish in customer interactions.
**This position requires advanced/fluent knowledge of English and Spanish.**

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Already worked with integration and communication management, between multiple teams and different partners/clients;
- Already worked with People Coordination and Management, leading medium and large teams (more than 10 people);
- Have experience with high-complexity projects;
- Have advanced emotional intelligence and soft skills (empathy, interpersonal relationships, knowing how to work with feedback, emotional agility);
- Have fluent English, as the contact with the international client will be daily;
- Have solid experience with Agile Projects (minimum 2 to 3 years);
- Knows the discipline of Product Management

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating a single and strategic squqd or multiple squads;
- Integration management within other teams/partners in the Program;
- Resolving communication issues;
- Managing dependencies and blockers;
- Establishing rapport and creating a transparent and long-standing relationship with the client;
- Project/Delivery management delivery activities as risk/schedule/scope/financial management;
- People management;
- Potentially working with product management

**You will stand out if you have**:

- Fluent Spanish
- Experience with Product Management;
- Experience with Agile Projects (Kanban/Scrum);
- Experience with Safe and PMBOK disciplines;
- Experience with financial management;
- Ability to implement and optimize development processes, when necessary;
- Negotiation skills;
- Efficient, assertive and transparent communication with the client and the team;
