As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact programs. We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders aligning systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes. In addition, will drive roadmap items from planning, execution, and risk management to delivery, in an agile mindset.

**What you will do?**:

- Manage highly technical, complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle for multiple programs.
- Well familiar and passionate about Scrum, Agile programming, Lean Thinking, SAFe, etc.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
- Develop and monitor engineering and cross functional program plans
- Track project deliverables and facilitate engineering programs and activities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release Goals
- Drive process improvement, lead the Agile methodology transformation
- Work closely with both, Engineering, and product teams.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.
- Experience in Jira.
- Manage Jira to properly reflect the state of the team and project.

**What you'll need?**:
