Como
**HRBP **serás responsable de brindar apoyo estratégico y operativo en todas las áreas de Recursos Humanos de la empresa enfocado en países de Centro y Sur América. Tu labor contribuirá al desarrollo y la gestión eficiente de los recursos humanos en la región, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos, así como el bienestar y la satisfacción de los empleados.

**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Profesional en psicología, administración de empresas o ingeniería industrial.
- Inglés 100% (excluyente)
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência relacionados con el cargo.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Relaciones Laborales: Asesorar y brindar soporte en la gestión de las relaciones laborales en los países de la región, incluyendo la resolución de conflictos y el manejo de quejas y reclamos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales promoviendo un ambiente laboral justo y equitativo.
- Desempeño y Compensación: Colaborar en la implementación de sistemas de evaluación del desempeño para la región. Participar en la elaboración de políticas y programas de compensación y beneficios, teniendo en cuenta las particularidades y regulaciones de cada país. Revisar la nómina y pagos acorde a la legislación de cada país.
- Participar en iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional en los países de la región. Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de programas de cambio, gestión del cambio, desarrollo de liderazgo y promoción de la cultura corporativa adaptados a las realidades y necesidades locales. Impulsar prácticas de trabajo inclusivas y promover la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades en la región.
- Administración de Personal: Gestionar los procesos de ingreso y salida de personal en los países de la región. Elaborar contratos, realizar seguimiento de periodos de prueba, gestionar trámites de seguridad social y liquidaciones, teniendo en cuenta las regulaciones y normativas de cada país. Mantener actualizada la documentación y los registros del personal en la región.
- Comunicación Interna: Contribuir en la implementación de estrategias de comunicación interna para la región, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y fluida entre la dirección y los empleados en cada país. Participar en la elaboración de material informativo, boletines y comunicados internos adaptados a los diferentes idiomas y culturas presentes en la región.
- Cumplimiento Legal: Mantenerse actualizado(a) respecto a las leyes laborales y normativas de los países de la región, garantizando el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y la implementación de las mejores prácticas en Recursos Humanos en cada país.
