Función y **Responsabilidades**:
El propósito del cargo de Oficial Técnico Monitoreo, Evaluación y Aprendizaje (MEL por sus siglas en inglés) de la oficina país es contribuir con sus competencias técnicas específicas al análisis de datos, la medición de resultados, la gestión de información, el reporte a mecanismos de coordinación humanitaria y el desarrollo de procesos de aprendizaje para el mejoramiento de la calidad de la implementación. Esta posición no implicará la gestión de personal bajo su cargo, pero requiere la responsabilidad de direccionar y/o coordinar ciertos procesos y brindar línea técnica a un número limitado de personal.
