**We are searching the best talent for Regional Medical Education Coordinator to be in Bogotá, Colombia; Sao Paulo, Brazil or Buenos Aires Argentina.**

**Purpose**:
Act as Continuous Medical Education expert in the Therapeutic Area.

Responsible for coordinate the execution of Medical Educational Plan at Latin America Region

Responsible to ensure the execution of Medical Educational activities including Finance, Legal and HCBI support.

Complies with own training requirements to perform duties of own job.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Work in partnership with IBVT and TA Head to develop the CME plan
- Ensure the implementation of specific franchise Medical Education Regional Plan as:

- Accountable for content development
- Review Medical Education programs
- Follow the key milestones on achievement of goals and objectives (Key performance indicators)
- Coordinate the contracts, approvals and budget reviews (cost controls to ensure budget parameters are not exceeded for the Med Edu activities) and prepare budget recommendations.
- Compile and distribute LA Medical Education statistics/feedback to the Regional Medical Education Manager, including effectiveness metrics in place
- Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
- Ensure Regional CME programs are in compliance with Regulatory & quality requirements, HCBI guidelines and Company policy:

- Assure Third Party Agencies supporting CME activities comply the HCBI rules.
- Execute the HCC submission for the Medical Educational Events
- Complete the HCC post-events documentation and maintain the Medical Educational event folder
- Maintain a complete documentation related to HCC submission and post event
- Coordinate and liase with finance the process enrolled for Medical Education activities:

- Review the budget tracking spreadsheet for each Medical Education activities monthly and escalate to Medical Education Leader discrepancies identified

- Any health care career with 2+ years industry/business experience in Medical education/Finance/ HCBI process.
- Preferred knowledge of franchise strategic plans
- Project management, and oral and written fluency in English
- Intermediate oral and written Spanish is plus

**Years of Experience**:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
